Emergency Cover
During the normal working week we try to be as flexible as possible for our patients and will always try to get our patients having discomfort seen as quickly as possible.
We have a dedicated slot in the diary each day at 1.30 for emergencies but of course if an appointment is free elsewhere in the diary we will offer you that also. Please phone us as early as possible so that we can offer you the best choice we can.
At weekends our Downpatrick patients can contact the dentist on call by phoning 07541516535. Please leave a message and he will usually get back to you within the day.
Our Denplan patients have to pay the first £20 of their call out fee. Please be prepared to pay that fee when you attend.

Members of Quality Plan are fully covered for the cost of the emergency call out fee, which is normally £150.
